If you are unable to connect to the internet for a remote session then this isn't a problem either. One of our field engineers could be making their way to you. Based out of Liverpool, Knutsford and London, one our engineers could be within you in a short space of time.
OFFSITE SUPPORT
Here at Austin James, we believe in making life easier for you! Therefore, we now offer a courier collection service for your hardware ensuring minimal disruption time. If your hardware is unable to be fixed we only charge for the courier service.
SUPPORT CONTRACTS
For a more permanent solution to your problems, our Support Contracts may be the perfect option. We operate a very simple support structure:
1 - estimate how many hours support you will require on a monthly basis
2 - multiply the number of hours over 12 months
3 - pay for that amount of hours in equal monthly payments and review quarterly.
Simply bank the time that you have paid for and use it as required.
NO CALLOUT FEES OR BIG BILLS AT THE END OF THE MONTH.
